Great bagels! All of the bagel sandwiches I’ve had here have been phenomenal. They also have really tasty muffins. The people working here are always very friendly and helpful- really appreciate y’all! The Cowboy sandwich was something I’d never had before that was very good, who knew you could do bacon eggs and cream ... cheese and have it be that good? You can customize too, the jalapeno cream cheese was also great on it highly recommend

What dishes are you best known for?

We are a New York style bagel shop, so the lox bagel is our signature sandwich: smoked salmon hand-trimmed in house with plain cream cheese, tomato, capers and red onion. Mornings also run on a bacon, egg and cheese bagel and on the classic bagel with cream cheese. Friday through Sunday we hand-craft rainbow bagels while supplies last, and our jumbo muffins are baked in house every day.

What type of cuisine do you serve?

We mix, we boil, we bake: our New York style bagels are boiled and then baked on site each morning, in over 21 varieties. Around them we build breakfast sandwiches with two eggs on every one, and lunch sandwiches such as the Turkey Club and the Wild Tuna. To drink there is hot and iced coffee plus craft beverages including iced horchata and fresh squeezed lemonade.

What services do you offer?

We are open every day. Breakfast starts at 6:30 AM on weekdays and 7:00 AM on weekends, and our lunch sandwiches are served all day until we close at 1:30 PM on weekdays and 1:00 PM on weekends. Order takeout online or by phone, choose delivery to your door, or call ahead for catering and special orders. We bake fresh daily, so we do sell out.

What areas do you serve?

Our shop is at 1920 N Coit Rd #211 in Richardson, TX, and we serve the neighborhoods around it, including Canyon Creek, Northwest Richardson and Heights Park. We also take pickup and delivery orders from Plano and north Dallas.
